The beds felt super comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. I appreciated the free parking right in front of the room, which is a huge plus compared to places charging $25 a day. Housekeeping exceeded my expectations, tidying up and changing the beds every day. Breakfast options were simple but satisfying, with juices available. However, the bathroom felt cramped, especially with the jacuzzi tub taking up so much space. I struggled with the shower size, and the furniture in our room seemed worn out and could use an upgrade. Also, I encountered some issues with light fixtures not working, which detracted from our stay. Despite that, the staff were pleasant and accommodating throughout our visit, which made a difference.

I stayed for 1 night in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking. The location is fantastic, close enough to the Falls but in a peaceful area to get a good night's sleep. With a simple breakfast option available, it was a great value for anyone on a budget!
recommend 😊❤️

The room was clean and well-maintained, which contributed positively to my stay. I appreciated the quick service provided by the staff when I requested a ground floor room due to an injury. Despite some minor issues, the overall experience was satisfactory, and the location was conveniently close to Niagara Falls, allowing easy access to local attractions.
Some minor repairs and sprucing up are needed throughout the property.

The room was clean and well-maintained during my stay.
Unfortunately, I faced several issues during my visit. The lack of standard amenities like a mini fridge and microwave was disappointing, especially since I was traveling with family. Additionally, on my first morning, the breakfast service was unavailable, which left us scrambling for food options. The lobby was closed, and I had to seek assistance just to check out, adding to my frustration.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, like wine tasting and hiking. Rooms were decent, and it was nice having breakfast available, even if it was basic. We loved being close to outdoor activities and the Great Wolf Lodge water park, making our stay even more special.
One downside was that the breakfast area got crowded quickly, so it was a bit challenging to find a spot to sit during peak times.

An Unexpected Gem for a Family Stay!
Despite the worn appearance of the exterior, we found our room comfortable after moving. The front desk staff were understanding and helpful, quickly addressing our room change. Breakfast, while simple, was convenient. Great location for evening strolls to the falls. Pack snacks in case of limited options nearby!

It was just a smart choice for a budget stay in Niagara Falls with good value. The staff was helpful, especially when I checked out a bit later than planned, and they were understanding about it. Try to get breakfast early, or you might miss out on the limited options.

The clean room provided a cozy space for my family to rest, and we really enjoyed the option of a basic breakfast each morning. The seasonal outdoor pool offered a nice spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, along with a quaint little area for evening strolls. Just keep in mind that breakfast can get crowded, so going early is a good idea! 😊

The location provided a peaceful setting, surrounded by trees and grassy areas, making it ideal for relaxation. The spacious room featured a cozy King bed and a Jacuzzi tub that added a nice ambiance. However, the limited breakfast options were a downside, with only basic items available, and the furniture in the room felt outdated. Also, some minor maintenance could improve the overall comfort and experience.
